If you feel that any merchandise you have ordered has not met your expectations, please contact our Online Ordering Service via email or at (800) 653-7301 Monday through Friday, 7:30 am to 5:00 pm, CST to obtain a Return Authorization from one of our representatives for a return or exchange. Please note that merchandise returned will not be acknowledged or refunded without a proper Return Authorization. Simplicity.com can only accept returns on merchandise purchased through our online store.
≡ Damaged or Defective Merchandise:
If an item is damaged or defective, please contact us as soon as possible to receive a replacement. Please note that any damaged or defective merchandise cannot be replaced after 30 days from your invoice date.

If an item is missing from your order, please take the following steps before contacting our Online Ordering Service:
- Check the package thoroughly; items may have shifted during transit.
- Verify that the missing item is not currently on backorder.
The following Merchandise CAN be Returned or Exchanged:
- New, unopened packaged merchandise such as appliqués, packaged tapes and spools of trim with cellophane wrappers intact.
- Damaged or defective merchandise.
- Incorrectly-shipped merchandise.
- Unopened, uncut patterns.
- Packaged merchandise that has been opened.
- Patterns that have been opened and/or cut.
- Trim that was purchased by the yard and cut to order.

Please note that Simplicity.com is not responsible for returned merchandise that is lost or damaged during transit. We suggest that returned merchandise is packed with care, using appropriate packaging and packing materials, as well as using a traceable carrier that can provide proof of delivery. In order to process your return, Simplicity.com must receive the original merchandise. Once returned merchandise has been received with the proper Return Authorization, your return will be processed and your method of payment credited.
