2022 National Sewing Month Giveaway Rules
NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER THE NATIONAL SEWING MONTH GIVEAWAY. INTERNET ACCESS IS REQUIRED IN ORDER TO ENTER THE NATIONAL SEWING MONTH GIVEAWAY. THIS GIVEAWAY IS VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.
In order to enter the National Sewing Month Giveaway (the "Giveaway"), you must reside in one of the 48 contiguous states of the United States of America, or in Washington, D.C., and be 18 years of age or older.
The giveaway is sponsored by Design Group Americas, Inc., (the "Sponsor"). Employees of the Sponsor, or Sponsor’s affiliated companies, or any members of their immediate families / household members are not eligible for the Giveaway. This Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed by, administered by or affiliated with Arrow Sewing Cabinets, MarcyTilton.com, Benartex, Oliso, Bernina, Reliable Corporation, Taunton, Palmer/Pletsch, Sew It Academy, Melanated Fabrics, Craftsy and National Sewing Circle.
The Giveaway consists of the 20 prizes shown on the entry form, which will be awarded to 20 winners selected at random from among the qualified entries submitted for each prize, one prize per winner (the "Giveaway"). Prizes will consist of products shown (except where a winner’s selection is noted) at a total manufacturer's suggested retail price of $4,997.68.
To enter the Giveaway, you must submit an entry form (the "Form") via the website /national-sewing-month-giveaway-2021/. The Giveaway begins on September 15, 2021 and ends on September 30, 2021 at 11:59pm EDT (the "Giveaway Period"). The completed Form must be submitted during the Giveaway Period in order to qualify. Only one entry per person will qualify.
Each winner will be notified via email within one week after the end of the Giveaway Period, using the email address provided in the entry. Winners must claim their prize by providing a valid shipping address (which must be in the US). Prizes not claimed within one week of notification may be forfeited or awarded to another qualified entrant. Before awarding a prize, the Sponsor may require verification of the claimant’s email. If more than one individual claims to be the winner of a prize, the Sponsor is not responsible for investigating which claimant is the holder of the relevant email. Under such circumstances, the Sponsor retains discretion to award the prize to one of the claimants, award the prize to another qualified entrant, or deem the prize to be forfeited.
The total value of the nineteen (19) prizes to be awarded is $4997.68, based on the manufacturer's suggested retail price. No substitutions are allowed, except by Sponsor in the event that the announced prize becomes unavailable. Any substituted prize will be of an equal or greater value to the announced prize. Any taxes or costs associated with the receipt and use of the prize are the responsibility of the winner. By accepting a prize, the winner consents to use of the winner’s name and likeness for publicity purposes.
The odds of winning will depend on the number of entries received.
Any information collected will be subject to Sponsor's Privacy Policy, located at /privacy-policy/. By entering the Giveaway, you acknowledge that you have agreed to the Privacy Policy, and to the collection and use of your personal information for administration of this Giveaway, for future marketing emails under the terms of the Privacy Policy, and for use of your name on the Sponsor's winners list.
By entering the Giveaway, you agree to these Official Rules. Violators may be disqualified. The Sponsor’s decisions are final and binding. Entrants will be disqualified for: (a) tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Giveaway or any Sponsor website; (b) violating these Official Rules; or (c) violating the Terms of Use applicable to the website.
Sponsor is not responsible for technical or computer failures, errors or data loss, lost or unavailable Internet connections, or failed, incomplete, garbled or deleted computer network transmissions, inability to access any website or online service, or any other error or malfunction, or late, lost, illegible or misdirected entries. If the Sponsor determines that any tampering or technical difficulties have compromised the integrity of the Giveaway, the Sponsor reserves the right to void the entries and/or terminate the Giveaway.
Sponsor reserves the right to make changes to the rules of the Giveaway, which become effective once they are posted on this website. Sponsor is not responsible for any typographical or other errors in the administration of the Giveaway or in the announcement of any prize. In the event of a misunderstanding, dispute, or human error, the Sponsor will make the final determination of the prize winner.
