Q: What will happen with my account information?

A: Your account information will move to the new website. Here’s how to access your account once the new Simplicity.com website launches:

  • Something Delightful only account: Use the same email and change the password by using the “Forgot Password” link.
  • Simplicity only account: No change, user email and password are the same.
  • Something Delightful and Simplicity account that used the same email: These accounts will be merged into one. Use the same email and change the password by using the “Forgot Password” link.
  • Something Delightful and Simplicity account that used different emails: These accounts cannot be merged. Follow steps #1 and #2 above.

Order Information

Q: What happens to my past order information?
A: If you had an account, your order history will still be available under your account.

Wish Lists

Q: Will the items on my Wish List transfer over?
A: Yes. Items saved on your wish list will be visible on the new website.

Digital patterns

Q: Will my digital patterns transfer?
A: Yes. Your purchased digital patterns will still be available under the Digital Patterns tab in your account.

Additional Information

Q: Will all brands be available?
A: McCall’s, Vogue Patterns, Butterick, Know Me, Simplicity, Burda, and New Look will ALL be available on one website!

Q: Will all my patterns ship together?
A: Yes. If you order from multiple brands under one order, your patterns will ship together.

Q: What if I forget and go to SomethingDelightful.com?
A: If you forget and go to SomethingDelightful.com, click on the banner at the top of the homepage to link to Simplicity.com.

Q: What will happen with the Offray, Eureka, and C.R. Gibson brands?
A: The Offray, Eureka, and C.R. Gibson brands will still be accessible on SomethingDelightful.com. So, you can continue shopping with those brands there!
