Purchased buckle and appliqué. Fitted top has mock-front band, button-down closure, short sleeves and narrow hem. D: Sailor collar and tie. E: Pointed collar and collar band. F, G: Knife pleated skirt (cut on crosswise grain) has waistband and side zipper. Purchased bias tape to finish neckline D, and trim for D, optional F, G.
