How do I change my password?
If you forget your password or need to reset it, you can do so here. An email will be sent to the address below containing a link to verify your email address.

How do I change my email address?
If you need to update the email address on your account, log in and click on the Account Settings tab – here, you may update your name, email address, or change your password.

If you completed your order as a guest, you will not be able to edit your email address on your own. Please contact customer service here.

Do you issue price adjustments?
We are unable to offer price adjustments on products that go on sale after a purchase is made.


Order Information

How do I place an order?
You can place an order on our website by checking out as a guest or creating an online account with us.

What payment methods are accepted?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, Discover, and PayPal.

Can I change or cancel my order?
The order process begins when you click on the submit order button in the checkout. Our orders go directly to our shipping department for processing so we are unable to make any changes to your order. If your order has not been processed, we can cancel your order. Please contact us here.

Where is my order?
To view your order status, you must be logged in. If you are not already logged in, click on the "Account" button at the top right of the page and enter your email address and password in the appropriate fields.

Once you've logged in, click on the Orders tab. The status of your order will be noted on the right side of the screen. For more details or to print your receipt, click on the order number.

Wholesale Orders
This is a consumer website. All prices and shipping fees are for consumers only.

For sewing patterns wholesalers and retailers, please order direct by calling (785) 776-4041, extension 351.


Shipment Information

Please Note: We are currently experiencing shipping delays. We appreciate your continued patience and support as we work to return to normal operations.

If I place my order today, when will it ship?

We generally ship ground orders within 48-72 hours of placement of the order. Standard shipping time is 5-10 business days, depending on your location and barring complications such as adverse weather conditions or shipping delays as noted.

Do you ship orders to international addresses?
Yes, we are able to ship most products internationally. There are some restrictions on specific licensed products. Any shipping restrictions will be noted on the product detail page.

Please Note: Shipping and handling charges shown at checkout do not include custom duties, taxes, brokerage, or import fees levied by the destination country. Those fees are paid by you at the time of delivery. The recipient of the shipment is the importer of record in the destination country and is responsible for all import fees.

What is normal shipping time if I live overseas?
For our international customers, shipping can take up to 3 weeks.

Do you offer shipping to P.O. boxes?
Yes, we do! We use FedEx Smartpost to ship to P.O. Boxes. If you have entered a P.O. Box, please make sure an additional street address line has NOT been entered.

Please Note: If both a P.O. Box and street address line have been entered, this will delay order delivery.

Where can I purchase Kwik Sew patterns?

Kwik Sew patterns are no longer available on Simplicity.com. You can shop Kwik Sew patterns at your local retailer

Why aren’t there more buttons available for purchase on your site?
Simplicity.com offers a small, curated collection of buttons to compliment sewing pattern projects. If you are looking to place a larger order, please contact our wholesale team for inquiries.

Will I receive my Buttons in the same order as my patterns?
Button orders will be shipped separately from pattern orders, so you will receive multiple packages..

Why aren’t there more ribbons available for purchase on your site?
Simplicity.com offers a small, curated collection of ribbon to complement sewing pattern projects. If you are looking to place a larger order, please go to LionRibbon.com.

Will I receive my Ribbon in the same order as my patterns?
Ribbon orders will be shipped separately from pattern orders, so you will receive multiple packages.

How do I find a specific item? Do you still have old items in stock?
Enter the particular item number into the search box and the search engine with pull up results that are exact items or items close to what you entered.

Hint: If you are looking for a specific sewing pattern, enter only the four-digit number (without the brand letter) into the search.

How do I know when there are promotions?
