Hat: Ruffle, narrow hem, wrong side shows, gathered crown; in sizes NB(161/2"), S(17"), M(171/2"), L(181/4"), XL(19"). Elasticized booties: Top, side and sole. Blanket: Bands. C, D: Lined.
