Tips to Remember

  • It's important to mark precisely to clearly outline the pocket placement and welt opening.
  • Applying interfacing: Apply fusible interfacing to the wrong side of the fabric where the pocket will be sewn to stabilize the fabric and prevent stretching or distortion.
  • Sew and cut carefully to help the welt turn smoothly and reduce puckering.
