Fantasy costume sleeves feature elasticized caps that can be worn on or off the shoulders. Full bell sleeves can be gathered with elastic to create exaggerated, long peasant sleeves. Multi-puff sleeves are achieved with multiple elastic casings; omit the wrist casings for a partial bell shape at the elbow. Princess sleeves with a full upper puff are gathered into a straight lower sleeve just above the elbow for a completely different look. See the envelope for more information.
